Kuzari Argument Part 27 Palestinian Genocide Claim

I  hope this post can be understood as more or less stand alone. But perhaps you will need to read my prior Kuari argument posts to  flesh out some details. Start here Alter Cocker Jewish Atheist: Kuzari Principle or Argument Part I  while my immediately prior post is Kuzari Argument Part 26 National Experiential Tradition

As defined by Rabbi Gottlieb (RG)  - NET National Experiential Tradition:

The National Tradition is accepted by the Nation itself.

The National Tradition describes the history of the Nation itself.

The National Tradition describes an event experienced directly by everyone in the Nation. Describes an event that sometime in the past all the people of the Nation observed the event directly.

The National Tradition is of a kind of event that you expect people to remember. It moves a people, a meaningful event.

Basically RG argues that since all known NETs are true (or likely true)  and since the Sinai Story is according to RG a NET we should accept it as likely true or true.

I will define the NET RULE: "NETs are true (or likely true)."

The
Palestinians are claiming Israel is genociding the Gazans (from around Oct 2023 thru May 21,2024). It seems to me a genocide should meet the NET criteria. So according to RG should we accept the Palestinian claim ?

RG also had an argument for the truth of the Sinai Story based on his Kuzari Principle:

Rabbi Gottlieb (RG) Principle: Let E be a possible event which, had it really occurred, would have left behind enormous, easily available evidence of its occurrence. If the evidence does not exist, people will not believe that E occurred.

This can be briefly restated as: If  people believe an event (of type E)  occurred, then evidence must exist for the event's occurrence.

[RG means to say a mass of people. RG does not mean if a only a few people.]

Let the event be "Israel perpetuating a Genocide in Gaza from  around Oct 2023 thru May 21, 2024"

I think this event should qualify for the RG Principle. Palestinians believe the event has occurred and is occurring, so should we accept the Palestinian claim ?

(Disclaimer - I do not accept the Palestinian claim that Israel is genociding Gazans.)
